Someone upgrades to Vista but their old accounting program stops working because it tries to run edlin for the user to enter some data - or somesuch. It would be simple to remove all those old Wndows programs - but what if that stops old software working? I imagine they considered this carefully &#38; judged that the risks outweighed the benefits.</description>
